Participants must be at least 18 years old. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement in your jurisdiction. Naija Predictor reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm eligibility.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Naija Predictor are not eligible to participate in prize rounds.

Only one account is permitted per person. Creating multiple or duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any winnings. All information provided during registration must be accurate and kept up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity on your account is your responsibility — report unauthorised access immediately.

Each prediction round requires a ₦200 entry fee. This fee grants access to participate in that specific round only and does not carry over to future rounds.

All predictions must be submitted before the first match of the round begins. Once submitted, predictions are final and cannot be edited, amended, or withdrawn under any circumstances.

Late submissions will not be accepted regardless of the reason. Ensure you have a stable internet connection and submit your predictions well in advance of the deadline.

Points are awarded as follows for each match:

A correct score prediction also automatically awards the result points — you do not receive both separately for the same prediction.

If two or more players finish a round with equal points, the winner is determined in the following order:

If a tie cannot be broken by the above criteria, the prize may be split equally at the sole discretion of Naija Predictor.

All payments are securely processed via Paystack. Winnings are paid exclusively to verified accounts and to the bank details registered on your profile.

Withdrawals are processed within 24–72 hours of a round closing. Naija Predictor is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment processor.

Entry fees are non-refundable once a round has started. In the event a round is cancelled before commencement, a full refund will be issued to all participants.

Any fraudulent behaviour, collusion, bot usage, exploit abuse, or attempts to manipulate results will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of all winnings, and permanent account suspension.

Naija Predictor reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and share relevant data with law enforcement where necessary. Decisions made by Naija Predictor in fraud cases are final and non-appealable.

Naija Predictor is not liable for technical failures, internet outages, third-party service disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances that affect match results or your ability to participate. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of platform issues but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered users via email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after changes have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a change, you must stop using the platform before the effective date.
